SHIPPING

We send all our orders as Express or Next Day (where specified) from the UK.

UK: 1–3 working days
EU: 2–5 working days
Rest of World: 3–7 working days*

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

United Kingdom – £10 / Free on orders over £150

Europe – £20 / Free on orders over £250

Rest of the World – £35 / Free on orders over £250

RETURNS

We offer full refunds if an unwanted item is shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please request your return(s) by emailing e-store@casely-hayford.com and quote your order number. We will send you a Return Form to complete and pack with the item(s) in the original order box.

Made-to-Measure garments and any products produced to a client’s individual measurements or specifications are considered personalised goods and are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once an order has been confirmed.

Altered Ready-to-Wear and Stock Service garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

We cannot supply a refund for any shipping costs involved in a return unless the garment was sent to the customer faulty or damaged by us.
